About

As the owner and principal attorney at Gregorian Law, APC, Armen Gregorian specializes in matters of estate planning, trust administration, probate, conservatorships and guardianships.

Armen works with individuals and families to identify and implement their estate planning objectives as well as with individuals and professional fiduciaries to counsel and assist them in fulfilling their roles as trustees, administrators of probated estates, and conservators.

Armen received his JD (Juris Doctor) degree from Loyal Law School after graduating cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in management from the Graziadio School of Business and Management of Pepperdine University.

He is a member of the State Bar of California, Los Angeles County Bar Association and has previously served on the Los Angeles Superior Court’s Court Appointed Counsel program.

Highly credentialed, Armen seeks out Continuing Legal Education well beyond the State Bar’s minimum required for attorneys.

For more than a decade prior to launching his own practice, Armen was a practicing attorney with Los Angeles-area law firms where he gained valuable experience, which allowed him to develop his expertise in his current specialties.

Prior to heading to law school, he spent 15 years in all areas of management of a family owned business. This background has given Armen a broader perspective in approaching legal challenges.

Armen is recognized by his clients for providing his services with a unique sense of inclusion — inviting questions and offering explanations for every step taken to ensure clients’ peace of mind and their level of comfort in moving forward.

He explains, “I enjoy taking the time to educate clients and explain the process and reasons behind my recommendations. That gives my clients the ability to make informed decisions and allows me to do the very best work I can on their behalf. I’ll always make that time available.”

Armen, his wife and young son are residents of Torrance.
